Our history
Before forming KM Consulting Group, president, Kathy Meyer, served as the EVP Human Resources, Business Operations, for Associates First Capital, a global financial services organization. Kathy managed Human Resources, Training & HRIS staff of over 200 professionals and provided HR services to approximately 28,000 employees worldwide in 14 countries. Her scope of authority involved every aspect of HR including compensation, compliance, HRIS implementation, Benefits, Employee Relations, Training, EEO and more. Her Group brings this
broad reaching and practical experience to clients in handling their human resources needs. Kathy has extensive expertise in the strategic impact of HR technology and has assisted companies in improving every facet of the human resources function. Prior to joining Associates, she held executive Human Resources positions at Ford Consumer Finance, Meritor Credit Corporation and GE Capital.
